Fellow Bodybuilders,
I have heard many different rumors in reguards to how one is to train while on different cycles here and there but none have ever come to a concensus. Suppose I were to go on a cycle of Nandrolona LA 300mg (Deca 300). First off how should i run my training split? Should I train body groups more often, just train harder, or not change at all. Lastly i was thinking or running it somthing like this
Week1:100mg
Week2:200mg
Week3:400mg
Week4:400mg
Week5:400mg
Week6:400mg
Week7:400mg
Week8:100mg
Any suggestions?
