You have a solid base maybe 22% bodyfat but legs looking strong
test/npp will be fine but you need to do cardio and low carbs with it

Coming off an ankle injury a 2 weeks ago. Rolled it pretty well but seems to be healing nicely. MRI in a few weeks to make sure I dont do more damage if any to ligaments in my ankle.
I’ll make sure to post a log once I get blood work.
