whya re you not taking ala with ach carb meal??

Especially postworkout...and I would drop some of the sugar
 
i don't know...I've never taken it before so I was taking it in the morning with my carb meals. So, do I still take it 15 minutes before my postworkout shake? Should I even bother with the sugars? I was only doing it because someone suggested to me that if i had it before my protein shake it would spike my insulin levels so that my body absorbs more of the protein from my shake.
 
Friday-4/8/05

8:00-cup of black coffee and hit the HIIT. 8 cycles 8.5 flat 30 secs, recovery at 6.0 with an incline between 8-12 for the 8 cycles.
9:00-3/4c. egg beaters w/2 slices whole wheat bread
11:00-1.5 scoops whey protein isolate in water w/creatine (preworkout)
ARM WORKOUT w/ABS

Buns-I tried that ab routine and I think I wasn't giving myself enough credit on my strength. I didn't do too shabby.....4 sets of 15 with 25lb. plate :) Grip and Rip baby, grip and rip ;)

Wellll, i don't know what happened to me but I got a crippling migraine headache and I threw up twice!!!! It was horrible but I'm already feeling better. What do I do about the food I had this morning though??? My eggs, bread, 2 protein shakes and 15g. of sugar made like Elvis and left the building. I just had 1c. of heart to heart cereal and i'm doing fine but I wasn't sure if I need to have more protein or what...

I had my arm workout today too! But no abbies. For some reason, it took me forever to get through everything. I will do my abbies tommorows. I want to be bikkini ready w/ you by June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smmmmmmmmmoooooooookin' hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good job on the abs :) Feel better hun... Im going to freeze my ass off walking to the gym with this YES on LOL

Sunday 4/10/05

10:00-went for a 6 mile run at about 10mph, nothing hard-just a steady pace and then did some abs.
11:30-2 glucorell, 2 multi-vitamins
M1-3/4c egg beaters with wheat bread
M2-1.5 scoops whey protein in water w/creatine
M3-1 tbsp natural PB, 4 slices FF turkey breast and LOTS of WATER!!!! I'm feeling so dehydrated...
