Wellll, i don't know what happened to me but I got a crippling migraine headache and I threw up twice!!!! It was horrible but I'm already feeling better. What do I do about the food I had this morning though??? My eggs, bread, 2 protein shakes and 15g. of sugar made like Elvis and left the building. I just had 1c. of heart to heart cereal and i'm doing fine but I wasn't sure if I need to have more protein or what...
