oops, forgot to log the rest of yesterday. Everything was exactly the same as the previous day as far as my diet. I did my leg workout yesterday since my knee was bothering me on Monday and I got a great leg workout yesterday. (I guess that's when those stupid stretch marks probably popped up ) ANYWAYS, I did HIIT cardio last night since I missed it on Monday. 8 cycles, level 8 incline at 7.0 mph for 45 seconds, recovery at 5.0mph for 1 minute.

9:00-HIIT, 15 min-warmup, level 10 at 4.5. 8 cycles at level 10-6.5mph for 45secs, recovery at 1 minute level 10 incline at 5.0mph.
10:30-2 small peaches, 3/4c egg beaters
12:00-2 glucosamine, 3 carb-blockers, 3 multi-vitamins, 2 cal mag.
12:00-1.5 scoops whey protein shake, quakes rice snacks (yummy)
