I'm going to put in my next two meals because I know I will be eating them and today is my last day at my job so I'm leaving in about 30min. and probably won't be on the computer again until later tonight.
M3 11:30-4 slices FF turkey breast, 1 tbsp. natty PB (chunky PB is the BEST!!!)
3:00-I started getting shakey/sweats and then chills so I bought a protein bar since I was waiting on a Rx and I felt much better a few minutes later.
