Wednesday 4/20/05

7:30-HIIT cardio, elliptical with hand movement involved, 10 cycles. 10 min warm-up at level 6 intensity at level 16 for 30 secs., recovery at level 12 for 1 minute. 5 minute cool down at level 6.
Mini leg workout-3 sets of 15 walking lunges
3 sets of 12 (5 TUT) leg extensions and ham curls
3 sets of 15 step ups with no weight, 10lbs, and 15 lbs
calves 60 lbs, 2 sets 12 reps
8:30-1 glucorell, 3 multi-vitamins
M1-1/2c cereal, 1 scoop whey protein in 8oz water w/creatine
10:15-1 glucorell
M2-2 slices whole wheat bread, 3 slices FF turkey, 5 strawberries & a few blueberries.

Off to work now.......

I slept in way late today!!!! I loved every minute of it too :)

10:00-1 glucorell, 3 multi-vitamins
10:30-3/4c. egg beaters, 2 sl whole wheat bread
12:30-1/4 lb. chicken breast, 1/4c. green beans, 32 oz. of water
4:30-preworkout shake 1.5 scoops whey protein
5:00-shoulder workout/I also did a step aerobic class just for some extra cardio and it kicked my arce!
6:30-PWO shake-1 scoop whey protein with glut and creatine in water
8:30-3 slices FF turkey breast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter. caffeine free diet coke

My b-day is this Sunday and I"m going skydiving on Saturday before my birthday!!!!!! I"m so freakin' stoked about it!!!! CAN'T WAIT. I"m getting the DVD of the jump so i can see what it looks like afterwards.
 
I am SO jealous!! I have wanted to go ski diving for so long... everytime I have the extra funds no on will go with me... next time I will just go by myself.. have a wonderful birthday!!! have a cheat or "reward" meal for me!!
 
yeah, i"ve wanted to go FOREVER and then my parents got it for my boyfriend and I as a Christmas present. I think he's pretty nervous about it but once it's done, he'll be so glad he did it and I know I"m going to love it. I'm going to ask the guy that I'm going tandem with if we can do a few flips or something cool like that. You should definitely go if you ever get the chance!!! I'll let you girls know how it goes as soon as we get done!!!! As far as the cheat/reward meal, we'll see!! I don't want to mess up my good streak after the last time i had a couple of cookies!
 
Sunday-4/24/05

I'm all out of glucorell.... :( I'll have to get some more in about a week or two. For now I have some vitamin supps that are for carbs that is pretty much like glucorell so I'll use those for now.

I had a late start today, slept in. I guess with my adrenaline rushing all day from that skydiving-it had me exhausted last night but anywho...

11:15-40 minute run in the hills by my house at a steady pace
12:45-small banana w/ 1/2 packet of splenda sprinkled on it, 1.5 scoops whey protein w/8 oz. water.

bout to go workout and just to a total body circuit workout to hit everything. I've lost two more pounds, thank GOD! For awhile there i was at this plateau and nothing was happening but I was hearing everyone say from this site, "Be patient and consisten" so I did just that and I'm seeing results again. I have about an inch or two to lose from my waist to really see my abs and then of course my arms have some more to go but they are definitely getting thinner. I'm kind of judging my upper body fat reduction by if my boobs get smaller but they aren't really changing at this point so I guess it's pretty safe to say that my bf is probably at about 20% which is not good but it is down from the 22.1% that I started at.

8:00-carb blocker supplements, glucosamine (for my knee :(
