7:30-HIIT cardio, elliptical with hand movement involved, 10 cycles. 10 min warm-up at level 6 intensity at level 16 for 30 secs., recovery at level 12 for 1 minute. 5 minute cool down at level 6.
Mini leg workout-3 sets of 15 walking lunges
3 sets of 12 (5 TUT) leg extensions and ham curls
3 sets of 15 step ups with no weight, 10lbs, and 15 lbs
calves 60 lbs, 2 sets 12 reps
8:30-1 glucorell, 3 multi-vitamins
M1-1/2c cereal, 1 scoop whey protein in 8oz water w/creatine
10:15-1 glucorell
M2-2 slices whole wheat bread, 3 slices FF turkey, 5 strawberries & a few blueberries.
