3:30-back workout SUPERSETS of wide grip pulldowns, stiff arm pulldowns, bent over lat raises and rows./abs 5 SUPERSETS 30 sec bicycles, 30 sec. scissors and other assorted ab moves. I went for a 40 minute hike afterwards through the hills/trees :) Very relaxing and therapeutic....ahhhhhhh.
M5-1 scoop whey protein with creatine PWO (Shadow-I took those sugars out completely to see how that works for me :)

I have one more meal tonight of PB and turkey and I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight. I can just feel it!!

Okay, I changed up that last meal. M6 was 1.5 tbsp of PB (I couldn't resist that little extra bit) and then I had 6 oz. Chicken breast that was A-mazing!!!! Definitely hit the spot. I"m still full.....Have you guys heard of that new Diet Sprite Zero????? I LOVE IT!!!! It has nothing in it and tastes just like the real thing. I'm so addicted to them. Well, that and Crystal light...

8:45-1 glucorell, 2 multi-vitamins
M1-3/4c. egg beaters with 2 slices whole wheat bread toasted, water
10:45-1 glucorell
M2-1/2c. heart to heart cereal, 1.5 scoops whey protein in water.
M3-4 sliced FF turkey breast, 1 tbsp. natural PB
Preworkout shake-1 scoop whey protein
SHOULDER WORKOUT-Supersets
Side laterals & DB press-3 sets, 6TUT. 12lbs/10 on all.
Front laterals & upright rows-10 reps@15 on front lats, 30lbs/10reps
AB routine-3 sets/15 reps with 25lb plate incline situps
hypers-3 sets/15 reps with 25lb plate (my back is getting stronger!!!yippeee!!)
leg lifts-3 sets/12 reps
crunches-30 2 sets
oblique crunches-15 each side 2 sets

7:00pm-PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein with water and creatine

7:00-HIIT cardio on cross trainer elliptical-10 minute warm-up at level 6, 8 cycles, 30 sec high intensity on level 16, 1 minute at level 12 recovery.
**Arm workout**
supersets incline bicep/alt. bicep curls
15lbs/10 reps at 6 TUT---15lbs/10 reps at 6TUT
17.5/10 reps at 6 TUT---17.5/10 reps at 6 TUT

meal 5-Grilled Chicken ceasar salad with light dressing

Meal 6-1 scoop whey protein with water (I haven't had it yet but I know that's what I'm going to have in about an hour or two.)

Here I am! I was gone for the weekend and didn't have access to a computer... :( Diet and workout was good over the weekend and yesterday :)

Tuesday 4/19/05

8:30-1 glucorell, 2 multi-vitamins
8:50-3/4c egg beaters with whole wheat toast
10:30-1 scoop whey protein w/water
12:30-2 cups of black coffee w/1 pack splenda in each, small amount of peanuts,lots of water (I was in a stupid training class for 4 hours and didn't have any food with me.)
3:30-4 slices FF turkey breast slices, 1.5 tbsp. peanut butterd
5:45-1 scoop whey protein w/water
7:00-1 scoop whey protein w/water, gluc. and creatine. couple of grapes.
9:30-1 glucorell, vitamins
9:45-tuna w/reduced cal mayo and 6 wheat crackers (one of those tuna kit things.love those!), mucho agua
