3:30-back workout SUPERSETS of wide grip pulldowns, stiff arm pulldowns, bent over lat raises and rows./abs 5 SUPERSETS 30 sec bicycles, 30 sec. scissors and other assorted ab moves. I went for a 40 minute hike afterwards through the hills/treesVery relaxing and therapeutic....ahhhhhhh.
M5-1 scoop whey protein with creatine PWO (Shadow-I took those sugars out completely to see how that works for me
I have one more meal tonight of PB and turkey and I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight. I can just feel it!!
Okay, I changed up that last meal. M6 was 1.5 tbsp of PB (I couldn't resist that little extra bit) and then I had 6 oz. Chicken breast that was A-mazing!!!! Definitely hit the spot. I"m still full.....Have you guys heard of that new Diet Sprite Zero????? I LOVE IT!!!! It has nothing in it and tastes just like the real thing. I'm so addicted to them. Well, that and Crystal light...
