yippeee! my protein is here and I got some dandelion root.
1:45-1.5 scoops whey protein (catching up since I didn't replace my protein this morning)
5:00-pre-WO shake 1 scoop whey protein
6:00-leg workout. My pulled muscle or knot or whatever it is in my left butt cheek is really bothering me so i couldn't do lunges or step up but everything else seemed fine. I did ass to floor squats and felt nothing but the normal muscle work.
7:00-PWO shake and 30g. sugars
8:30-4 sl. FF turkey breast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
