anyone know how to set this up with the bands? i have been having a hard time making my tris sore my forearms and wrists seem to wear out before my tris do from going heavy on barbell presses.
The way that i set it up is loop the band usually the averge band pink/purple whichever it is around the upper suppoort of a rack or something. Its just like a rope pshdown except you adjust the tension by how high you grip

Same here....I just hang mine over the closet door here at my apartment. and just move your grip up and down. At least 100 reps a day. I have a whole routine I do almost everyday of band work for everything...usually takes about 10 minutes..and has helped alot.
you can also go to this linkwww.elitefitnesssystems.com/ ....click on "ask dave" then look to your left bottom under exercise index....you wil see band pushdowns and a couple other exercises you can do.......
