Just went to the gym to test out my maxes
Hit 270 for bench after the 9 week WSB program, up from 195
Hit 385 Deadlift, after eight weeks training WSB, from 255
and didnt do squats today
but there 315
up from 235 eight weeks ago
These were raw lifts
