This is all I eat and I'm concerned.

The only sources of protein I consume all day are only eggs and chicken. That's it! Nothing else. Beef? Once or twice a week. It gives me gas so I only eat when I want to treat myself. LOL

Fish? About once a week (maybe). LOL

Whey? Nah! I rather just put a large chicken breast in a blender and down it. LOL Don't trust anything that comes in "powder" form.

Eggs and Chicken are my ONLY sources of protein. Is this bad?

Why so brother?

As for fish. I do consume fish oil 3 times a day to make up the lack of fish in my diet.

eggs are the most bio available protein source... aka, the best source...
chicken is usually less fatty than other types of meat...

and youre still getting fish and beef every now and then... and your fish oils to make up... sounds like your diet is on point to me...

whey is a supplement... a supplement is something you add to your regimen that YOU ARE LACKING OTHERWISE... its much 'better' if you can get those nutrients from food rather than have to take a bunch of pills and powders...

Yeah true. But I only beef once or twice a week. Fish like once a week. Or once every 2 weeks.

My other concern is because I eat whole eggs. I consume about 6-8 whole eggs a day. Everyday!

here's a few things that get you protein as well that you may want to try... fat free ground turkey... 120 cal per serving 28 g protein per serving... they have it in turkey cutlets or turkey strips as well and they are fucking great... all fat free...

plain greek yogurt is another great way... 100 cal 18 grams of protein

i stick to just egg whites... honestly i have 30 egg whites a day... this is spread out throughout the day in 10 egg white increments...

just a few more options for you...

I actually like ground turkey in lasagna or spaghetti, sometimes can make a burger taste ok with it.

I do like to use red meats time to time, especially post workout, as it sits in your stomach longer and has a huge amino acid profile.

I'm on a budget. And from what I've seen at where I shop....the ground turkey is expensive. So that's a no for me.

Yogurt is dairy so I avoid it. And soft and mushy. So it won't feel full on it. For me that isn't good. Especially when I'm hungry all the time. Lol

I eat whole eggs because its so much easier for me to be on the road....on the move and just eat whole eggs in a bag that I carry them. Lol

That and the yolks help to keep me full. I'm just afraid the egg yolks will make me fat.

Really you should listen and get some whey protein as an ADD on source of protein, not a primary. It's super fast at digesting and gets into your muscles quick. Take post workout as well :)

You should listen and get some whey protein in your diet to ADD on as source , but not a primary source. Whey is well known for a super fast digesting protein and should be a part of a lifters diet. Take post workout you won't regret it :)

you get as much meat as I do. probably more. so whats the problem exactly?

for bodybuilding purposes you need more than protein.. you need carbs, cals, vitamins, minerals.

i would be more concerned if you said you didn't eat green veggies, which are crucial to get vitamins and minerals from

I don't trust supplements. Especially something in powder form. And I don't like cows or anything they produce. Fuck that! Way too many female hormones in them.

I eat veggies only once a day on a average. Sometimes...and I do say sometimes (like once or twice a week) ill consume veggies twice in a day. But the only veggies I eat is Spinach. About 2 cups full per serving.

Veggies are gross. And give me nasty bloat and gas. I take whatever vitamins and minerals I can twice a day in pill form to make up for what I don't get out of consuming veggies.

Unless you eat free range chicken and yard eggs then you're already consuming a bunch of hormones so might as well eat a cow....if its grass fed its better( not sure about hormone wise) with its protein and fat content.

Stop being a vag and eat some food. Like someone said before there's all types of hormones in your food. Go get a 2 pound steak and shove it down your throat. Add a sweet potato and brocoli. A man's meal. Not blended chicken.

Hey bro... im not trying to be a dick so i hope you don't take this the wrong way, plus i think your a good guy, but fuck man... are you listening to yourself in these posts? Every fucking thing someone says you have a complaint about? I mean everything!

First... here's a thought... whole eggs have 70 cal an egg and 40 of those cals are fat cals... 70% of cholesterol in 1 egg... 6 grams of protein... so if you eat 8 whole eggs a day, your at 560% cholesterol... a whole ton of fucking calories from fat (which is horrible)

an egg white has only 17 cals... NO FAT, NO CHOLESTEROL and 3.5 grams of protein... so you do the math... most of the protein is in the egg white... all the bad shit is in the whole egg... now once in a while a whole egg is fine but the egg white is where the healthiest macros are... so yes if you eat 8 whole eggs a day its reason for concern...

as far as ground turkey goes... one package of fat free ground turkey in hawaii is about $6 and thats good for at least two meals... so if your on that strict of a budget you must be fucking starving...

The greek yogurt is not considered a whole meal man... its just to give you something small during the day to have as a snack to help give you other sources of protein... its not intended to fill you up as a meal!

i mean i could go on and on and on... you asked for help and everyone is trying to help you but you have a reason against EVERYTHING everyone says, then eventually noone will help... i want to help you bro, but fuck, don't make it impossible! =)

if green veggies bother you then grab some beano to help with digestion. i find it hard to believe that lettuce you have an issue digesting for example. brocolli, beans, peas and stuff like that yes can be difficult to digest and cause gas. but like i said BEANO will help digest your food. be a little more open, there are dozens of veggies out there you can try

and no you cannot depend on capsules and pills to get your nutrition. if that was the case then life would be simple. for bodybuilding purposes you need WHOLE FOODS.

I had spinach and asparagus today. No gas issues at all.
