This is all I eat and I'm concerned.

The only sources of protein I consume all day are only eggs and chicken. That's it! Nothing else. Beef? Once or twice a week. It gives me gas so I only eat when I want to treat myself. LOL

Fish? About once a week (maybe). LOL

Whey? Nah! I rather just put a large chicken breast in a blender and down it. LOL Don't trust anything that comes in "powder" form.

Eggs and Chicken are my ONLY sources of protein. Is this bad?

Why so brother?

As for fish. I do consume fish oil 3 times a day to make up the lack of fish in my diet.

eggs are the most bio available protein source... aka, the best source...
chicken is usually less fatty than other types of meat...

and youre still getting fish and beef every now and then... and your fish oils to make up... sounds like your diet is on point to me...

whey is a supplement... a supplement is something you add to your regimen that YOU ARE LACKING OTHERWISE... its much 'better' if you can get those nutrients from food rather than have to take a bunch of pills and powders...

Yeah true. But I only beef once or twice a week. Fish like once a week. Or once every 2 weeks.

My other concern is because I eat whole eggs. I consume about 6-8 whole eggs a day. Everyday!

here's a few things that get you protein as well that you may want to try... fat free ground turkey... 120 cal per serving 28 g protein per serving... they have it in turkey cutlets or turkey strips as well and they are fucking great... all fat free...

plain greek yogurt is another great way... 100 cal 18 grams of protein

i stick to just egg whites... honestly i have 30 egg whites a day... this is spread out throughout the day in 10 egg white increments...

just a few more options for you...

I actually like ground turkey in lasagna or spaghetti, sometimes can make a burger taste ok with it.

I do like to use red meats time to time, especially post workout, as it sits in your stomach longer and has a huge amino acid profile.

I'm on a budget. And from what I've seen at where I shop....the ground turkey is expensive. So that's a no for me.

Yogurt is dairy so I avoid it. And soft and mushy. So it won't feel full on it. For me that isn't good. Especially when I'm hungry all the time. Lol

I eat whole eggs because its so much easier for me to be on the road....on the move and just eat whole eggs in a bag that I carry them. Lol

That and the yolks help to keep me full. I'm just afraid the egg yolks will make me fat.
