i agree that with the sentiment that there is no such thing as overtraining, only undereating/resting.
however, i do believe there are ways to optimize your results for a SPECIFIC GOAL. and if being MASSIVE, and LEAN, is your goal, then you can reach a point where too much training becomes counter productive
