The Ceremonial RE-adding of the Carbs!

Cool.

What I may do is spend 2-3 weeks doing the re-intro thing, then bump up the carbs/cals with ala for about 4weeks and see what happens. After 4wks max maybe drop back down to the diet you posted Hansel.

I just thought it through and I think I'm going to spend 2-3weeks or so re-introducing the carbs. After I see how I look then, I'll either start bulking, or try and cut down a tad more with Hansel's diet.

Bulking sounds much more fun though. :D
 
Ok....my patience won't hold up.

I may start adding tomorrow (Thursday,5/1).
Question though. If calories are kept low for next 2 days, would it be advisable to refeed Saturday w/ ala anyway, even if I'm coming off keto? I'm not sure. Don't want my Metabolism to suffer, but don't want to blow up either. Maybe a half day ??

Maybe just a pint of low fat frozen yogurt? ;) Well....maybe not.
That was my favorite refeed food though.
