Upper body.. hard gainer, lower body easy gainer. I stay on a pretty clean diet year round though, and I tend to fall in the not enough carbs catagory, so I have to watch myself. I just prefer veggies over starchy or simple carbs.
I give up on trying to get my legs in proportion to my upper body... seems like its never gonna happen. I kill up upper body with strenght training and ill go weeks without training my legs and nada.
