I'm the same way. I gain so easy on my lower body, I have to really watch it, I just wish I had a portion of the easy gain in my upper. :rolleyes:

Thanks everyone!

Cutting diet starts April 1st! Right now my diet is just ho ho, and getting on a strict training program as we speak... Doing a cycle of strengt/endurance mixed this go round to see how that works for me.

Gonna do more HIIT this year in hopes to not have to kill the cardio in the rear end of the deal.
