Another week, another check in with Coach Tom.
I have been having major food cravings all week, so Tom has greenlit adding a little bit of retatrutide.
He still wants me to suffer so only a tiny bit, and I understand his reasoning.

I also pin 600mg of L-carnitine on training days.
I'm only a few days into the reta and haven't noticed any change yet. Hungry as ever.
I am cutting so that's expected, daily cals are roughly 2100.
Thankfully I've learnt a few tricks to make food a bit more filling.
A typical weekend lunch or dinner below:
Carb balance wraps
Eatlean cheese
5% fat beef mince (ground beef for you yanks) cooked with a bunch of onion, garlic, etc.
Slaw mix
99% fat free mayo
A fuck load of chilli sauce.
I love it I could eat it for every meal
