T3 and Clen Cycle for my Girl???

I have a few bottles of T3 here at the house (they are my husbands-neither of us have taken any of it, he just got it really cheap) and I am currently into my 4th week of a Winstrol cycle. I came off the clen about a week ago. Would this crap even be an option in small doses? Is there a dosage I could add to my current cycle? I don't know alot about T3, just that it does't fool around when it comes to weight loss. I'm rotating 4training days with 3 LIGHT cardio days to try to use a little fat...also using Yohimburn. I don't want to mess with losing any muscle, especially since I'm working so hard to gain the stuff!
 
Stay away from it, especially if you don't know a lot about it. I am assuming you are on Winny to hel pyou gain some muscle? T3 is catabolic, and even though you are on Winny, it will probably hinder your muscle gains. T3 helps with WEIGHT loss, not necessarily FAT loss.

For most people, diet is the only key to losing fat. Don't mess with T3 at this stage.

Are you cycling the Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off? Clen shouldn't be taken for a long period of time with no breaks.
 
Yes. I am cycling the clen 2wks on 2 off, but I've done that 3 times now, so I thought I take a more substantial break...maybe a month this time. When my winny cycle ends, I will probably start the Clen again.

Thank you for your info on the T3. Most of the info I have gotten in the past has been from a male point of view. I am trying to gain a massive amount of muscle right now, and definately don't want to mess with anything that might hinder my gains.

Hey Brickgirl.... just curious, what do you do for abs, and how often do you do them? What is your diet like?
I tried clen before and didnt see much at all, however, I was not taking very much. Do you do a lot of cardio to tone up and lose excess fat around the abdonminal muscles
 
I can chime in a little for Brickgirl based of info she has given in the past. ( BG, please forgive me if I give wrong info and correct me if needed.)

Her abs are basically 99.9% diet. She did a few basic ab exercises 3x a week (I think it was only 3). For like 10min each time, and that is it. She does MINIMAL cardio and only does it for contest prep - close to contest time.

Her diet is 100% clean, no cheating. She is a machine when it comes to diet, that I know. She says her genetics aren't that great, she just is very dialed in to her body and what works for it. That takes time, patience, and a lot of trial and error! lol

I don't think she took fat burners (legal or illegal) either, but not positive.

IT'S ALL DIET!!!!! (have I said that enough yet lately? lol)
 
Unless you have thyroid problems, or are getting ready for a show, really know what you're doing and are also on an anabolic agent, along with an optimal diet and are only using it for final prep., leave the thyroid alone.

I think Clen is a waste of time and is fraught with side effects. Works for only about 2 weeks as a stimulant then the body adapts.

A solid diet and training program with take care of most fat loss issues, then perhaps 10 - 12 weeks of an ECA product will provide the final touch up.

I've seen these threads over and over (Clen and T3). They have no place in weight loss practice and once the drug is stopped, if it even worked in the first place, unless diet and training is where it should be, you'll blow up like a dead mule in the desert sun.

Honestly in my opinion T3 is only good to keep the metabolism up when on AAS. Other than that it wont burn much fat. The problem with clen is that it only work for a short period of time and women need longer. I think there is better stuff than that for her to start off with.
