T3 and Clen Cycle for my Girl???

I can plan out a 16 week 5 drug cycle to the T for guys but when it comes to women, as in most aspects of life:), I'm lost. I need some help ladies.

What is a good basic clen and t3 cycle for my girl? I have Chinese .40mcg clen and a couple of bottles of cynomel .25mcg.

I was going to have her run the clen two weeks on two weeks off, but its the T3 and tapering I want some advice on.

What have your wonderful, sexy elite women found to be the best way to stack clen and T3?:D
 
The best way to stack it IMO is to stack the T3 bottles ontop of each other in the cabinet and keep them there, the clen two weeks on and two weeks off will probably work great if her diet is in tiptop shape and she is already really lean :)

I've seen the comment made a couple times to only use clen when already really lean... Why is this? As a thermogenic with anti-catabolic properties, wouldn't it be well put to use in a slightly calorie-restricted environment, regardless of current body composition?
 
The main reason I say to wait until you are lean is because, why use it when you are fatter? It's not gonna make a major difference even if you are lean, but when you are lean, you can see every little change so much more, when you are bigger, it might help out a little, but it's not going to be that much of a noticable change, clen is highly overrated, it doesn't do a whole lot, but if you are already lean, then you can tell when it is working, also, I believe it should be used for sticking points to get you over a platue in your plan, lets say you are at 9% and are stuck there, your choices might be to cut carbs or increase cardio or ADD IN CLEN, then that would be a great time to add it in to get you to get next level, but just starting off with it, you really arn't going to get much from it, besides possibly major headaches, sleepness nights and jitters through the day :)

Actually even if you are not "insane" in term's of diet, and you do not already have great build you can get good results from clen and T3.

Brickgirl is a serious hater of T3 atleast it seems that way from EVERY SINGLE T3 post that comes throught the womens board.

Probably because most people who take it (or want to take it) would be better off with a little bit of hard work, dedication and willpower. BUT, they would rather take some supposed "magic pill" thing and maintain their crappy diet and stale workout routine.

(not intended toward the starter of the thread, just a generality)
 
t3 without an anabolic? fun fun... :D

i don't have personal experience, but from my recollections of others' who have posted about it, t3 isn't really the best idea... i remember one girl who used it w/o an anabolic and ended up in the hospital (not brickgirl, but she might remember the same poster)...

lol, I'm not a hater of it, it has it's place, I don't think it has it's place for a "girlfriend" is usually where it comes from, and most of the times it will put the girls in worse shape than when they started, because they end up thinking, well, 25mcg is doing this, lets see what 50mcg does, lets see what 75mcg does, and they arn't taking an anabolic with it usually ,and they arn't taking in even the minimum amount of protein needed, and they are just burning there muscle up, and then they have the lovely rebound and most when they decide to stop, don't taper off, they just stop, thats gotta be lovely for the thyroid. Most people I have seen "girlfriends", end up in worst shape than before. And most of the times the guys have great intentions, but I have seen them get into fights, then the girl or the guy runs off and the "knowledge" is gone, then the girl is stuck with stopping cold turkey usually. I am not talking at all about the starter of the thread, I am just refrerring to the "hater" comment :) In which I would much rather save a girl's health than to give advice that would end up being great advice if it was used correctly, but when a guy comes on asking about a girl, I have seen it just turn bad to many times, again, nothing against the starter of the thread :)

I totally AGREE!!! to many chic think these are magic pills and they will just take off the weight..


if you eat clean and use Clen that will be enough.. there is no reason to fuck with your thyroid and risk losing muscle..:bawling:
