ya sorry guys been real busy. job has me pretty worn out. just got back from chest and arms. training is going great. lookin lean and pretty full and big. im sitting right around 206. and have def lost quite a bit of bf since first set of pics. guessing im probably around 4% leaner than first set. id say im probably around 8% bf.
chest
flat barbell bench press: 135x20, 135x20, 185x10, 205x10, 225x10, 245x8+3 forced reps, def a little weaker but still pretty strong for my diet, not too disappointed with it
incline barbell press: 135x15, 135x15, 165x10, 185x10
flat hammer strength machine press: 90x20, 180x15, 180x13, 90x23
low pully cable crossovers: 30x15, 50x10, 50x10 drop 30x10
machine flys: 70x15, 90x15, 120x12, 120x12
basically just did a light superset workout for arms
machine dips: 200x25 ss barbell preacher curls: 50x15
machine dips: 200x20 ss barbell preacher curls: 70x15
machine dips: 245x20 ss barbell preacher curls: 80x12
d-bell kickbacks: 15x15 ss barbell preacher curls: 80x12 didnt go too intense on the arms since i did them a few days ago
for some reason my first set of pics are freakin tiny when you try to open them in the gallery, so im gonna try and resize them and re-upload them. hope it works. probably gonna do shoulders tomorrow, if not tuesday for sure. I will probably just do some abs and calves tomorrow with some cardio. we will see
