so I did back and tri's today
Wide Grip pulldonwns: 115x20, 115x20, 155x12, 185x10, 185x10
Hammer strength single arm iso-row: 45x12, 90x10, 90x10, 125x10
Bent over barbell row, underhand grip: 135x12, 155x10, 155x10, 155x13
Low pully Rope rows: 90x12, 120x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 90x12
Tri's
two handed d-bell overhead tricep extension: 70x15, 70x10, 90x10, 110x10, 130x12
underhand cable pushdowns: 35x12, 65x12, 90x12, 110x10, 130x9, 130x9 drop 65x8
so it was a pretty short workout, especially for tri's, but I felt pretty strong and had a good workout. Lower back is bothering me from lifting all those damn liquor cases at work. Gonna try and get a massage tonight from the gf. lol tomorrow will be an off day. saturday will be shoulders, will post up then unless I have anything to say in the meantime
