Diet is about as clean as it gets...Raw oats, almonds, turkey sandwiches, tuna, chicken, veggies and protein. Every day. No salt, only form of sodium would be in any preservatives or whatever from what I eat above. I drink more water than anyone I know.
I could be just a complete headcase, but the day after my original post in this thread I stopped the mono, and I swear I notice a different in my cheeks. Neither my diet or my workouts have changed over this time period. If I'm flushing water, hoepfully I flush a little more over the next couple weeks.
If anyone else has ideas let me know, otherwise I'll give an update in another week or two.
