Stubborn Love Handles! What's a good exercise?

I'm doing the crum diet at the moment. Going for the 4th week. I still need 4 more weeks to go. What i wanted to know, what do you pro's recommend for those STUBBORN love handles? Can anyone give me a full ab workout? Thanx!! Any help is appreciated!
 
You can't target burn body fat. Stick with a clean diet, and it will likely be the last place you lose.

Anaerobic intervals of 30/10 on a Concept II ergometer.
Running stairs or telephone polls.
Some sort of combative exercise like kick boxing.
 
Results

about the results, i have lost about 10lbs in 3 weeks. This is my 4th week. I guess "MYSTERIO" is correct. I shall just continue my ab workout, and stick to my diet. I still need 4 more weeks anyways. Hopefully by then it should do the trick. Thanx for the replies!
