I was looking through the fridge and didn't feel like having a side dish of cottage cheese.. *ugh*.. And I found string cheese. It has 7 g of protein in one stick! When I was a kid I used to eat them up like mad and started getting white etchings on my fingernails (from calcium maybe?) I was curious if this would be good to eat if you're trying to cut fat. Or maybe its too fatty? eating lean meats for lunch feels like the only real deal
