stretch marks...

Yes if you train for size or whatever, your gonna get em period. Mine are not real noticalble cause i tan and i am full right now. But shit i gottem on my outer chest, delts, lats , upper thight and hip area. You cant see them easily , there not purple or anything cause i do keep my skin moist. I hate dry skin. But if you put on any size you will get them. I do know the slower your weight goes up the less damage they do. I started lifting at 17yrsd old and i was 165lbs now i am 27 yrs old and weigh 255lbs. Its inevitable.
 
If you just got them and they are still red, try retin-A. It only works on new marks not old ones that are white or silver. For the older ones try emu oil. You need to use it up to 5 times a day in the begining, but I really does help to minimize their apperance. Hope that helps.
 
surgery is the only way to permeatly get rid of them, other than that thje other stuff helps minimize the looks and prevent new ones, but this is the slight price you pay for lifting weights.
 
I have a few stretch marks arount my armpits from bulking. It helps to not bulk too quickly. When I cut up, they really became almost unnoticeable. I think when they turn white, you won't feel so strange about them. They really don't bother me, as they are not very noticeable anymore.
 
that says it's for like spider veins and stuff, not sure if it works for stretch marks...

Question, I'm gonna go buy some stuff today, should I get the Retin-A or the Vitaman E moisturizer?

Also, you guys said apply it when they're still red, what will happen? Will they dissappear, or will they just turn silverish/whitish faster? And it'll prevent future ones right?

Aiight, I got some stuff called Nutra-E
It's a moisturizer with 2000 IU of Vitamin E, 1000 IU of Vitamin A, 400 IU of Vitamin D, and 240 mg of Allantoin

is that the stuff?
