Strength n lean muscle cycle low budget?

i'd like to try winny tabs but have heard that they drain your joints so what else could i take instead to get real strong n lean? is there a sted that doesnt require PCT? Could someone please give me any suggestions on what to run. im 23/6ft1/90kg
I'm training with kettlebells so dont aim to get "hench" lol

Everything needs a PCT bro, without a pct you just had a worthless cycle.
 
everything requires PCT! if you dont have the funds to do it right then dont do anything at all IMO...
No need to read any further than this response, but just in case you do my advice is go back and read this response.
 
hello, i am new. my name is dan, i am 6'2 225 10%bf, i am a englishman and i am not a body builder because i havnt got the genetics, but that will never stop me trying.
I agree that pct is required on the longer test heavy cycles but, i have found that i get good results from short cycles (3 weeks) on dbol, no pct nolv or clo, now i know everyones going to sigh!!! and say you dont keep the gains or its all water weight but hear me out. i trained hard from the first day i stepped into the gym at 18 weighing 148 lbs. over the next 6 years i put on 52 lbs naturally, good diet, heavy lifting, good suppliments. at 24 weighing 201 lbs i decided to use gear for the first time. i blew up, in 2 years i packed on 41 lbs. After two fairly serious injuries my weight plummited from 242 lbs to 195 lbs, i wasnt training or eating much and was fairly depressed. Last year i got my head straight and got my injuries fixed then started back in the gym, i had 500 or so dbol left over from earlier cycles so i started taking 15mg a day more as a motivational tool than a cycle. but after 3 weeks i had put 4 lbs on. nice! so i started taking them for 3 weeks on, a month off. After a year of that, heavy lifting, clean diet etc i was back up to 220 lbs, now im not saying it will work for everyone but it worked for me. im at 225 lbs now and im happy, healthy and content to stay at the weight im at but i may go for mass again in the future who knows.
jonnyboy6886 i dont know how you train, what your diets like, what suppliments your on or what body type you are but i would suggest a good quality protein powder, creapure and zma's
Try to eat anything over 100g of protein a day and plenty of good fats and branched chain carbs. train as heavy as you can 3 times a week for a year then see what you look like. it will not happen over night.
if you are determined to take an oral cycle try dbol but dont go longer than 4-6 weeks and get some nolv and a pct just incase, coss like i said it will not workout for everyone, you may get man boob so be aware of any itching or tendernes in your nips, and if you start loosing strength after the end of the cycle start the pct. worst case, you can use the nolv and pct with an injectable/oral stack when you have got more cash.
 
I have done the epistane pulse method where I would take 40mg epistane EOD for 2 weeks then take a week off and take the epi for 2 more weeks. I put on about 15 pounds in the 5 weeks and kept gaining after the cycle without pct. No shutdown at all.
 
PCT helps but is not a sure way to recover.
PCT could be used in many ways with a multitude of compounds for different reasons and is not going to work the same from person to person in some cases.
When you are introducing compounds into your body you better know what it does and what's going to be affected becasue in some cases PCT can yield as much suppresion as the cycle itself!
 
If you are on a budget and looking to skimp on PCT, you shouldn't be running a cycle period. It's not like drinking a beer or smoking a joint, running a cycle wrong can have permanent effects on your HPTA.
