Im not new to working out but this is my first real routine that im focusing on and diet too. So if you could just look at my diet and offer any help. I am trying actually to reduce my bf at the moment.
6am breakfeast 1/2 cup oatmeal made with skim milk 1 cup eggwhites 1 egg yolk tropicana orange juice
730/8am workout
9am post workout 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop whey 1 banana
11 am medium potato chicken big salad( a large plate full of spinach carrots mushrooms etc)
2 pm turkey or tuna sandwhich on organic bread side of carrots
5/6pm dinner whatever my moms made- she cooks healthy
8pm shake 1 scoop whey 2 tbsp pb or essential fatty acids.
