DE Squats:
275 plus greens for 6 sets of 2.
Reverse Green Band deadlifts:
315x1x5, 365x1x2, 405x1x2, 455x1, 495x1, 545x1, 585x1
Felt pretty good - I started the movement with my legs, but it turns to all back pretty damn fast.
That's ok. Dave was reading an article to me about a little guy who pulls close to 900 straight legged, all back - just like me.
