spray tan after tummy tuck

I got my tummy tuck a few months ago and I'm not a 100 % healed, I will be going to the caribbean next week with friends and I don't want to expose myself to sun yet, I was wondering if spraying some tanning on my belly can be risky or affect the healing process.

It shouldnt, but the spray tan usually messes up the pores and the balance of the skin.

So if you are prone to acne, it might not end well.

A spray tan is basically a skin dye. It won't effect your surgery recovery what so ever.

The spray tan is oiled based so make sure to shower after the spray tan to remove the oil.

It's kind of like dying your hair. It doesn't effect your scalp or the way your hair grows at all.

As a general rule, a tanning spray should make no difference, so you can use it safely. Just make sure to keep it in moderation.

i don't see it being a problem but if you aren't fully healed maybe taking a vacation isn't the best idea yet. you don't want to be stuck in a 3rd world country with problems
