Set up my bands last night and was amazed at how much tension that I was getting from them. Was nervous all day worrying about it...lol. My right knee was aching and I really didn't want to do them today...but did...lol.

Finally just put the icy hot on my arms, knees, back, and neck...and went at it.

Box Squats
325 + looped Blue Bands x 2 x 5 sets
60 sec rest between sets

Band Ham Curls
Single mini x 25 reps
Two single mini's x 15 reps

Leg Extensions
50 x 50 reps
50 x 30 sec static hold
Rev Hypers
Two mini's x 8 x 2 sets

Standing Calf Raises
BW x 20 x 2 sets
Static hold at the top, 30 seconds

Another view, you can see the weigth I had to add to my anchors and how the bands were looped...
 
Here is another look as to how they were looped. I looped them around my 110lb steel block (4" cubed), 2 45's on one side, a 30lb dbell in the middle, a 55lb dbell on the other side, and another pair of 45's to hold it down a bit more...and when I squatted they were STILL a good bit unstable.
 
Here are my perty plates and my high-tech collars..:)

Those bands were FUN to get on the bar for sure...I had to put 50lbs of plates on my barrels to keep the bands from pulling them so hard backwards...they almost flipped over...

Band ham curls...didn't double them this week, so I choked them and used two at a time. Much different than a leg curl because as the hamstring gets to a stronger position, the tension is increased...unlike on a machine with constant tension.

Static contraction on the standing calf raises...wait wait...I think I can see a vein running down the center of my left calf....:)
