135 for 5
155 for 3
185 for 2
225 for 2
245 for 1
275 for 1
295 for 1
315 for 1. PR.
Yep, 315 for 1. That's my PR.
But hey, my squat has always sucked. A year ago, I think I was just starting out with the exercise. My lower back was not the strongest part of my body either. So, I'm happy with tonight's PR.
