Hey currently my time is stretched to the max on mondays and wednesdays i have school at 6pm for 3 hours and i get home at 9-10
Now as for my workout
I only have 1 hour between going to work and school from 4 to 5.
I wouldn't mind squeezing in an hour after school from 9 -10
since this workout is unorthadox way of training since everyone hits the weights all in one period during the day
does anyone see any inefficiencies with this. doing one body part for an hour then doing another 3 hours later
on those busy days
