Some THROWING Follies :)

Last Wednesday we stayed late and did some video work with all of the throwers. We are working to video tape everything and send it off to a few other coaches to help (they STILL do not have a throwing coach).

And of course...when there are people throwing heavy objects...funny things are bound to happen...
