Thanks radar.ive based my grocery list of this list ..every time I run out of food..I take this same list to the store..I struggle preparing the food daily due to busy schedule and constant daily workouts ..I'm curious do you ever take a day or 2 to just do nothing ?..I'm feel bad just talking 1 day to rest .lol..but I know my body needs it ..how many days if any do you do nothing .?..meaning no workout ?
 
And yes radar you have made a huge impact on my life in many ways and I'm very great full ..glad there are people like you here that truly have people best interest at heart and don't even get paid for doing it ..THANKS ,I have made some gains all ready !!..I feel great

you need rests bro. the body cannot be overtrainined, if you wish to grow.when you are resting or sleeping the body is growing from training sessions during the week
 
So work out for 2 and rest a day..or just rest when you feel sore..I figured so many diff.body parts ..you could work out diff muscles eveeyday.but I know I was wroumg..I'm sore still..and need rest.
