flax seed oil has no fibre? I drink cranberry juice mixed with flax seed oil every morning and it greatly helps me for emptying my waste basket. nice info. especially most food on the list is cheap and easily affordable by an average Joe like me. cheers

Correct the oil will help, the majority of fiber is in the seeds itself, altho both will surely help.
