Small Rant about Beer.

And in the future show a little intelligence and dont make comments of which you know nothing about. You know the old saying its better to not say anything and be thought a fool is better than opening it and confirming that you are.
Congrats on YOUR accomplishments with the weights.

I would expect to hear some backlash if you say you lift while drinking alcohol.

Thanks for the support bunny, its actually pretty normal for people to slam me on my views on this, which i don't understand. So far in this thread, i've been called a midget, not normal, told i don't have friends, don't have no one to drink with, having no life, a uptight know it all, and am going to be old and skinny. Why? I can't tell you. Its the same stuff I get in the gym. I personally don't care what other people do, of course its up to them and its their body. Anyways, as far as Arnold goes, he was a heavy steroid user and i'm pretty sure that helps his gains. =) Anyways, good night and peace to all.

Backlash is fine and completely understandable, but belittling my accomplishments with an uneducated response like " you must not be using much weight" isnt.

Hmm..so youre telling me your bodys protein synthesis, dehydration factors, excess wasted calories, and depletion of vitamins and minerals caused by alchohol have absolutely no effect when taking steroids? not sure it works like that buddy. Maybe their just not as negative as you'd like to think.

What she said -

2x bodyweight is impressive for sure - drinking at the gym is not.
Not trying to impress unlike you i am just stating the facts.

Sorry bro - but nothing about telling a newbie that drinking beer helps you reach PR's is a good idea. Who was trying to "impress" people w/ their moronic post? You were.

Now get back to starting posts like "Is there a cure for the want what I cant have syndrome?"

I think the answer is drinking beer while lifting - lol

Bro just looked at your profile what exactly are your accomplishments that make your word better, hopefully not that back shot. I do not think that drinking at the gym is right as it looks and is bad. However what i do at my home gym on pr day is completly different. How many gyms actually even allow alcohol?

Thanks for attempting to rip my pics. WHere are yours? Oh yeah, none to speak of.......

Anyway bro - I am not trying to argue w/ you. It's simple - you said alcohol was a good idea and I totally disagree as do almost 100% of the real lifters on this site. If it works for you great, but for most is as about as bad of an idea as you could have.

I'm done here - Beer is Bad for you.
