I wouldn't do them tomarrow cause, for me, i HATE doing stuff after legs. I usually do them with my back. Its been that way for the last few months, and i have put them before back to really emphasize them. My strength has gone way up on tris, i am not having the trouble locking out on shoulder press and bench that i used to have, and my size has certainly gone up from that.
Like you, i also do shoulders on friday, and even when my tris are sore from the day before, i dont feel it really interfears with my shoulder workout. Plus, the only one where it really would interfear is shoulderpress.
