Skipped triceps

Well i normally do chest and then triceps on a monday, but i just wasn't feeling it and couldn't do the triceps. When should i do them?
I got legs tomorrow... wed. is off.... back on thursday, and shoulders and biceps on friday.

I wouldn't do them tomarrow cause, for me, i HATE doing stuff after legs. I usually do them with my back. Its been that way for the last few months, and i have put them before back to really emphasize them. My strength has gone way up on tris, i am not having the trouble locking out on shoulder press and bench that i used to have, and my size has certainly gone up from that.

Like you, i also do shoulders on friday, and even when my tris are sore from the day before, i dont feel it really interfears with my shoulder workout. Plus, the only one where it really would interfear is shoulderpress.

Yeah i figured i'd superset them with bis on friday... but i don't mind doing anything after legs... i normally do abs after legs... but tris might be too much. I guess i'll have to see tomorrow. :)
 
Yeah, as always, just see what works for you. Just make sure they are not done as an "after thought." Thats what i used to do and my tris were wicked weak for the longest time. Its not till i started doing them first that i started seeing some real improvements.
