I am running out of options for bulking carbs. I am always ridiculously busy, and never have time to sit and cook food. Plus, my massive carb demand makes things difficult. Sometimes, I drink an entire half gallon of milk (about 90-100 g carbs). Is skim milk a good low GI carb?
What are other low GI carb sources that are easy to pick up and eat on the go? I usually eat whole wheat bread combined with milk to get my 1000 g carbs a day. Anybody got anything else to recommend to me as a good low gi carb?
