Sick of My life, starting a new one, any lifestyle tips appreciated. =)

so say like throwing out the pasta.. and throwing in some green fiberious veggies.. Mmm mmm.. I assume this would be very beneficial thing to my diet from the feedback I've gotten?

how much lets say brocolli should I be eating with my 8 oz of chicken?

I try to eat 1 bag of frozen veggies a day, either whole beans, or broccoli and cauliflower. I just throw it in the microwave, comes out to 5 servings of a cup each.

I usually season with either just vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, or occasionally some frank's red hot.

thanks I think I'll give this a shot with some pepper and 8 oz of cut up chicken in it or perhaps fish.

btw what is the best way to calculate your BF%? without having to go to the doctor that is.

The best way is to get a personal trainer at your gym, who is trained to do it, to measure it using calipers.

You can purchase calipers or digital calipers over the net and have a family member (preferably) or yourself do it... but there is human error involved..u have to be on an empty stomach, untrained, same time of day.. grab the skin at the same angle in the same exact place... it's not full or fool proof unfortunately.

The other best ways are to take progress pictures once a month... the camera doesn't lie. The next best way is to measure your waist with measuring tape and track that progress.

I have no idea how accurate it is, but mybodycomp.com can give you a bodyfat% if you input a ton of measurements.

Whatever method you use, It's not so much what the % is.. but the improvement of the % that matters.

totally agree, but I need the % to track the improvement, going to get a tape measure tomorrow, which is what I should have done march 1st, because I know my measurements are alot smaller, especially pants size wise.

thanks again for the info Kabeetz.
