shredded, gaining mass?

hi, my current stats are ;

5'10
172 lbs
14% BF
21 Y.O

BP - 80kg
SQ - 100kg
DL - 110 kg
OHP - 60 kg
B.OR - 60 kg

current cycle - 2ml Test E per week (in last week)

Diet ;

5-8 Egg whites per day
Oats with full milk
2-3 bananas
4-5 chicken legs / half chicken
2 Tsp flaxseed oil
2-3 pro shakes (30g protein)
2 pints milk
portion of chips
2 apples
cup of olives/peanuts/raisens (changes day to day)

this is my main diet, what i usually get in everyday, i do of course have different dinners and lunches and suppers, but this is what i will get in everyday.

MY QUESTION IS!
iv been reading up on josef rakich, he is so shredded! but he weighs only little more then me?? also looks hella lot bigger then me?? muscles are huge! wrists/forearms?? pecs??? none of my like that good? im only a few lbs under he, yet he looks amazing compared ?
he said he was on a pizza diet?? anyone know anything of this?
also, he does compound lifts but not in the same routine as SL's 5x5? so if i take on josefs routine will components from sl 5x5 (e.g. bench press 5x5 on chest days, squats/deads on leg days?) what do you think the outcome would be?

If you have never tried 5x5, you should give it a shot.

People have stated that they have built more muscle with heavy weight, low reps than with moderate weight, moderate reps.

As for his diet, it maybe pure BS or he has some great genetics.

No offense, but if you are 14% bodyfat and he is shredded (let's say 4%) then he is a hell of a lot bigger than you that's 10% bodyfat less which would be damn near 20 lbs. Then you figure in things like water weight, and he probably has over 30 lbs more of muscle than you. Just more proof that the scale doesn't mean shit. The mirror and body composition does
 
thanks rick, i can understand that, so would you have to put on weight first in order to get into his shape? or just eat enoough good food, with good cardio to burn the fat, but also pump iron aswell, isolation?
 
You shouldnt be on test. Besides the fact that you are too young you are also not very big or strong. You should be able to make good gains naturally. Sounds like your diet isn't as good as you think from what you have listed.But the 5x5 is a good idea. Do that and fix your diet and you will make progress
