i was benching on sunday and i had to stop on my last set because of a pain in my shoulder.
I hadnt felt any pain since then, but when i tried curling today it hurt again (its not a muscular pain), how long should i leave it before exercising again, and does anyone know what the problem is?
This is really annoying me cos i've been gaining well on the bench recently.
