Hey all!

When I do deadlifts, should I change my grip? (I almost exclusively use left arm under , right arm over)

Or it doesn;t matter which arm is under/over.... WHat I am saying is, does the grip affects muscle development (so 1 side could become weaker/smaller from using 1 kind of grip only)

reply please!

thanks!

Personally, I switch which hand is over/under each set just to try to balance things out. I'm thinking of getting some straps and just using overhand grip, but then I will need to spend more time on my grip strength independently...

nope! do it the way you are, no need to worry about any imbalance. BOTH forearms will be HUGE from doing em...

That's both correct and wrong. Sure, your forearms may be equally developed, thouhg I would debate that, but the rest of the muscles involved will become imbalanced. From everything that I've read I've learned that you should swith either each set or each week. Personally, I choose each week.
