as some of you know i lost alot of weight recently but it has stopped so i was wondering if i should increase my workout to 7 days a week what i do now is run 3 miles a day 5 days a week and weightlift every other day. should i increase the running to 7 days a week?

jesus, slow down! lol. if yer weight loss has stopped, it could be because youve platued with your current diet/workout routine. i did this a couple years back on the Atkins shitfest diet. Try changing your diet a bit. Try swimming instead if running. and do NOT workout everyday of the weak. you need to rest at least 2 days of the week.

What are your goals rbtrucking4?

If you want to be a very skinny guy with no muscle that looks like he came out of a concentration camp I'd suggest bumping up your running to 8 days a week...

If that 3 miles gets done in 30 minutes, then I'd actually cut back to 3 days/week. If it takes you 40 minutes+ I'd say cut it down to 30 minutes of running 3x/week ;-)

If it takes less, cut it down to 3x per week!

But please post some stats:
Age
Weight
Height
Body Fat
History of BF
Goals

I think not!

I told you to increase caloric intake, start refeeds and stop overtraining. You're asking if you should do the exact opposite of what I told you.

You're asking if you should train 7 days a week and further put yourself into overtraining mode and starvation, it's not a good way to go.

Read my suggestions and implement them; otherwise, you're going on a crash cycle of gain/loss/plateau.
