yes attaining the huge chest for a chick is a lot of work, i have worked up to 185fw/ bench / 55lbDB's and im by no means humungo, well i take that back, standing next to a cardio queen, i guess over all i am a big girl...funk it, i work for it, i love it.

*target all areas of the pectorals - upper, mid, lower...as YOU know to do. what's a big damn diff with men/women, oh yeah, test. soooo with that being said, she/they arent gonna blow up, but moreso over, striations, separations like what i think you're describing is after one kiiiiiiick ass diet and/or comp prep. NOT to say you cant have them w/o that work...you get my drift.
