friends at the gym remarked on how sunken in my face in getting. lol backhanded compliments! love them. I made my shake in the blender with ice - it tasted really good, but dropped my body temp so fast that I had to get under my covers and shiver until it came back to normal. lol Same thing happened with the handful of frozen grapes. Hypothermia.
On the flip side, I had a cup of coffee this morning and sweated my ass of after. I walk around all day feeling like I have a fever. Clenbuterol.
