People do stare at me. I'm used to the way I look, so it gets kind of weird once in a while - like I might have a giant boog hanging or something. :D We work out at the same time every night, so see the same people. Everyone is used to me now. Once in a while, we get a new person/couple/group of kids in while I'm there. It's STARE FEST. lolol Me staring back at them usually fixes that.

When I do cardio in the AM - it's all really old people. lol They like me (and probably can't see 2 feet in front of themselves anyway), so not much staring. ;) Yesterday, a woman was trying to make it up the stairs - she did, but it took FOREVER. I asked her if she needed help, and she told me that when you get to her age, all stairs are hard. When she finally got to the top, she got on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I swear that woman was at least 80 years old.

ok, people. I've officially lost it. lolol Was looking at the calendar today and I'm 15 weeks out. lolol Yay! 3 extra weeks...like a Christmas present! duh.

I have something for all of you to see. Melissa Detwiller is currently 12 weeks out from the Team Universe. Here are her "12 week out progress pics". She has a really nice back. Dave Palumbo is dialing her in ffrom the 16 week mark, so she should come in looking really lean. She says she's already leaner at this time than she usually is during previous preps at 12 weeks out.

I think she's got a good chance at the Team Universe.

40 grams whey/casein protein (BSN Cinnamon Roll) in water

Meal Six
Extended release shake 40 grams of Casein/whey protein (GNC Pro Performance Vanilla Caramel) in water + 1 tbsp almond butter

pukesville! almost. lolol I probably would have passed out first...it was kind of a toss up to see which one would happen before the other. I did near hyperventalation instead and finally calmed down. Everyone was staring. :nerd:

Step Ups - used the smith machine because I can't balance a 5TUT with dumbells. I fall over. ;) used a 16 inch step.

4 x 6/95

leg shakes BAD. I couldn't get any more than 6 per set without having a total seizure.

Lying Leg Curls
1 x 8/60
3 x 6/70 pooped.

Seated calf raises KEEP THE 5 TUT BUT GET 10-12 Reps
2 x 12/35lb + apparatus weight
2 x 10/45lb + apparauts weight.

gawdam those hurt. lolol

all in all, I'd say that this workout kicked my ass. Pun intended. ;) I was a zombie after the workout was over. A good sign that I did it right.
