Whoooooo!! Made the "brownie" tonite for myself and topped it with Walden Farms chocolate dip!!

Only 'waved it for 30 secs tho.....I think I overdid it before.....

omg people. my butt hurts so bad. I can hardly bend over - I just dropped a pen and had a hard time picking it up. lolol

I'm off to the gym to do 60 minutes of cardio at a full incline!!!! That will make my butt feel SO much better!

I have something for all of you to see. Melissa Detwiller is currently 12 weeks out from the Team Universe. Here are her "12 week out progress pics". She has a really nice back. Dave Palumbo is dialing her in ffrom the 16 week mark, so she should come in looking really lean. She says she's already leaner at this time than she usually is during previous preps at 12 weeks out.

I think she's got a good chance at the Team Universe.
