Shake while sleeping

so this is my new thing........Whats every one think of drinking a boat load of water before bed. This in turn makes you wake up 3 or 4 hours later haveing to take a monster piss. While momentarly awake i drink an isolate shake.(thats what i got) then its right back to bed. This is at 12:30 - 3:00. I beleive this doesnt effect my empty stomach cardio at 6 because isolate is long digested and used. any thoughts good or bad?????

I think if you do happen to wake up in the middle of the night then eating is a good idea... I think if you plan on it on a daily basis you're gonna hurt the quality of your sleep (which is when a lot of the growing and recuperating happens).

You're better off eating something which takes longer to digest BEFORE sleeping like a casein protein shake, anpb, cottage cheese, etc.
 
Oh ya my before bed meal is a cup of cottage chesse half chicken breast and flax oil pill so about 50 P 10 F 0 c

About the sleep disruption that is a very good point and i will probably take your advise if i wake up i wake up.....
