so this is my new thing........Whats every one think of drinking a boat load of water before bed. This in turn makes you wake up 3 or 4 hours later haveing to take a monster piss. While momentarly awake i drink an isolate shake.(thats what i got) then its right back to bed. This is at 12:30 - 3:00. I beleive this doesnt effect my empty stomach cardio at 6 because isolate is long digested and used. any thoughts good or bad?????
