Ok so I think I can manage a 3 day split, 3 on 1 off, yada, yada.

15 sets - 5 various exercises
Legs
18 sets - 6 various exercises
Shoulder & Arms
15 sets - 5 various exercises
So how does it sound? Do I finally have a clue? I'm ready to type this into an excel sheet, just waiting for your comments.
