Second cycle after disasterous first cycle of prop

Hi guys

Im 6'2
95 kgs
Good diet
Lots of cardio (at the moment)


Been dropping a good few kgs in the last month or two and im looking to get onto my second cycle. On my first cycle i was training for a selection course with the army and was advised on test prop EOD and whinny. which i took . . . . . . . then came the prop pains and i had to ween myself off it half way through the cycle, looks like im sensitive to prop, i even cut it with ethyl oleate to try and dilute it, even to the point where i was pinning tiny amounts every day. Although i do think i got good results from the whinny, with no joint pains.

Sorry i cant remember the doses i was on as it was probably two years back.

Just wanted some advice on a new cycle that isnt going to give me massive bulk gains in 1 week but muscle definition and some lean mass gains throughout the cycle.

Also some advice on what pct to use with whichever cycle you are suggesting . . .

I know i cant get anavar.

You guys helped me out loads last time so im hoping you will do the site proud once again.

Forgot to mention Im 26

Diet is small variations in the below, the chicken is varied with lean cut meats
2 chicken breasts, 1 cod loin (steamed), 6 eggs (boiled) lots of Green veg, porridge and wholewheat bread, olive oil
+ The usual protein shakes with skimmed milk

Im thinking that maybe test e instead of prop this time to reduce the pains?

Spent the last 4 hrs reading posts and found aas 101 helpful. Its just trying to consolodate all the info to find something suitable for me.
 
I meant post your diet as in what you eat in a typical day; food, how it's prepared, quantity, etc...sounds like you may need more calories...

The way you train is gonna be the other key; if you're looking for lean gains (as am I) there are a lot of ways you can go; interval training, staring @ heavier weights & working your way down, training a BP heavy one workout, light the next.....play around with what works best for you...

PCT something like this:

I'd use HCGenerate for the last 4-5 weeks @ 4 caps/day

After the cycle use Forma Stanzol and Post Cycle/Unleashed combo as directed on the bottles until they're done...

After that use Bridge as directed on the bottle...

morn 2
4 whole eggs boiled and snacked on over a couple of hrs
2 potatoes (jacket, small amount of olive oil)
16oz fresh fruit juice

afternoon
whole chicken breast with wholemeal bread
fish oil
tumbler of water

afternoon 2
6 oz chicken breast
portion of baked beans (1 can)
water
(sometimes a bad boy and have coffee)

early evening
fish (250g tuna)
12 oz skimmed milk

evening
water
1 scoop whey

I think my diet is ok, more the juice i cant get my head round, i seemed to get good results from the prop and whinny but the prop pains were unbearable, i even stuck with it to see if they reduced in time but no joy.

What do you think about test E with whinny?

I think you're not eating nearly enough, you're on the right track though....increase the ammounts (especially of protein) add vegetables and drink A LOT more water...

Theres your problem lol. Your diet should be great. You shoudnt think this. You should know it.

You also mentioned you do alot of cardio. Remember this when it comes to diet as you may still not be eating enough due to the large amounts of cardio.

What about the numbers?? Looking at your deit I dont think your eating enough. Your eating good but just not enough of it really. How much calories does this consist of? or is it guessd from day to day?

Its guessed on what i researched on the forums here a few months back,

I think I will get those levels topped up, especially now im due to start a cycle.

Just a quick one about the prop..... Ive been told by practically everyone in the gym to go for 0.5 ml eod people are even suggesting 0.5ml per day and from looking on here it seems way too much. The prop i have got is 50mg per ml, any advice appreciated
 
Eat more food bro.
If you want to add lean muscle then when youre reardy to go on cycle cut back on the cardio. You need that energy to build muscle.
Ok, everyone in your gym says test prop. How do these guyz look. Are they big and strong with a little bit of fat but not too much?
Some guyz like prop. Me I like test deconate. Some guyz like cyp and some guyz like enan. Test is test, the ester determinds how quickly or how long it takes to react and leave your system.
