Slept like crap last night and have cramps today. No wonder I was eating like a cow!! My neck is still killing me, but I tried to stop taking the medication last night to help me sleep.....uh....bad idea! I'm sleep deprived and in pain. Lovely combo.

LOL :FRlol: .... raw!! Cut off the ends, peal it and eat like an apple, or cut it up and eat it in pieces. I use to eat them like apples when I was little. They have the texture of a radish and taste a little like cabbage/radish combined (without the hot from the radish).
