We use to train at the same time, but not together when we had gym memberships. Since we have the gym at home now, we train at different times. He's on the road a lot, being a truck driver, so that's why he's not at his typical 200#. I have to keep on him to take enough food with him or he loses weight.

I know your waiting for me....looks like I'll be going the other way within a couple of weeks! :)

sg, i noticed EC Stack in your diet. What's that? Do you like it? What kind of results have you see in using it???? ;-)
 
Calories are looking MUCH better girl!! I imagine that it is tough having your fiance on the road all the time...You are both doing a great job though ;)

At some point I am going to try and get pics of my husband up here as well - heehee!! :elephant:

The EC Stack is two pills taken together. They call it a stack. It is Ephedrine and caffiene. Some will also do the ECA Stack, which is the same thing only with an asprin added. These three ingredients combined create a highly potent fat burner.

If you like stimulants, you would love this stack. It gives me a nice "jolt", which I enjoy. It is too harsh for some (especially beginners), some don't like it because you can crash with it when it wears off if you're not careful. If you're just starting with stimulants, I wouldn't recommend it. It's pretty strong.

Maybe start with Cardio Breeze from the AF Store and see what you think of that first.
